I would just like to thank you for the excellent way in which the eviction of the squatters and the security of the property for the past year has been dealt with.

I am not sure either of us expected 24 hour security would be required for so long. It has also perhaps not been the easiest property to deal with in view of its location in the middle of the River Thames and the interest the squatters maintained in the island for some time after the eviction, including attempts to return. However, a good working relationship was established from the start and I was always kept well informed. As a result, the security arrangements worked extremely smoothly, and were of great assistance while the property was being marketed and on the numerous occasions contractors needed access to the island.
